 Cox put me into a contract same basic services - in mARCH 10TH 2015 - WHEN MY ACCOUNT. WAS UP IN MAY 20TH 2015 - AND WHEN i CALLED THEM THEY SAID - i HAD TOO WAIT TILL MAY 20TH 20015 TO CHANGE WHEN i CALLED BACK THEY SAID - i AM ALREADY LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT - which i did not agree too>

Well gues what cox did today??? Okay I'll tell.  They digitally signed a contract in my name and put my services as a higher cost to cover all the fees they were charging me from 107 to 130 to 158 a month - and kept saying - I agreed to a contract in march 10th - my contract up may 20th or 27th - anyway - they said I agreed to pay the high fees - after I proved I did not - they came back today and said I made a contract march 10th 2015 - on the internet - and put this contract up...

from 107 with high fees and this contract they made in my name to 135 - I down loaded before they made this change that I had no digitally signed contract and my old bill showing my last contract of 107.  They singed a contract june 23rd 2015 - for me and made it look like my contract was 135 all this time...
