How can Cox, or any company that is know if they are installing a faulty piece of equipment? Not only that you act like it's Coxs' fault that your neighbor is a thief. Why don't you have a little talk with your neighbor about causing you issues, than getting on here blaming Cox for all your problems. They as other companies are not baby sitters, especially for your neighbor. The police don't do anything to them anyways, except ticket them, which goes no where.
