This accounting practice conducts there business dishonestly and fraudulently to their clients. They are a ripoff, overcharging for there services not representing fairly what services they actually provide.
A common theme is to actually raise invoices to clients for work they do not actually perform or are given permission to conduct, and are constantly flat track bullying clients and others to their own advantage.
They are deceively not completing work behind the clients back, however still charging clients the full amount and making out like they are completing the work. This is particuarly apparent when they conduct the work of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds where they are supposed to be at arms length,
identifying issues and conducting the audit independently as per the authorities compliance laws. This puts the clients compliance record at risk and leaves them exposed to severe penalties. How can you possibly go to an adviser that puts there clients at this much risk with little regard for there professional responsibility?
Clients are treated with disrespect as they see themselves on a pedastill and believe clients should be belittled!
One should question there professional competency as this is also severley compromised.
