Cozmo Graphics - Marshmallow Media Network Custom Print Shop does not respond, does not deliver, takes money and runs! ripoff Suwanee Georgia
In March 2006 I placed an order with Cozmo Graphics for a large quantity of custom buttons. I required them by May 5, but e-mails inquiring as to the status were not answered. Finally, Shayna responded to an e-mail at the end of April, stating I would have them by May 5.
That date came and went, I received no order, and I filed a Paypal complaint, and received an immediate response - Michael was apologetic for the error and the order was rushed out by UPS. I received the order, however many of the quantities were off. Again, Michael was apologetic, and refunded partial payment by Paypal (the method which I used to pay). He offered a discount on future orders, and maintained quality customer service.
1 year later, and against my better judgement, I placed another order for a lesser quantity - hoping they would live up to their promises. The order was placed and paid on March 12, 2007. I received no confirmation of the order, and e-mailed several times (every 3-4 days) requesting a confirmation and status. As of April 24, I have received no reply. I initiated another Paypal complaint on April 18, and they haven't even responded in the dispute console.
Cozmo Graphics is hosted and operated by Marshmallow Media. Payment goes to [email protected] via Paypal. Both web sites are registered through domains by proxy, meaning the registrant information is private. I have no last names, no phone number, no means of contacting them outside of unanswered e-mail, and little recourse. My Paypal dispute is pending. I may be out $165 if Paypal can't recover the fees.
AVOID them at all costs! And if anyone has successfully dealt with this company, or has contact information, please let me know!

Bad artwork was not the problem. My artwork was impeccable, as attested to by other companies I've dealt with. There was absolutely NO reponse in over a month. This is not a turnaround time issue, this is a customer service issue. They didn't acknowledge the order, they didn't respond to numerous inquiries. I e-mailed the general e-mail, as well as the 3 different company contacts I had from the previous year (when they also didn't respond until AFTER my deadline had passed 2 months later). I received NOTHING. They didn't even respond to the Paypal complaint for weeks... it finally closed and I won! This is bad service period. Next time someone who doesn't know how to get their money back from Paypal is going to get ripped off. Cheap product does not excuse this level of incompetance. I will glady pay more than twice as much to get quality service from a company who cares about my business.

I was very surprised to see a rip-off report on Cozmo Graphics. I've used this company on numerous occasions for custom buttons, shirts, hoodies, and more and have never had an issue. I received a top quality product for half the price of most print shops. The last button order I made was a little behind on turnaround time, but it's pretty much expected to happen with the prices and number of jobs they probably receive. It states in their FAQ's that delays can happen as a result of poor quality artwork. Are you sure your artwork wasn't bad? Hopefully the last posting won't skew anyone away from ordering from Cozmo Graphics. Like I said...with a little patience, Cozmo Graphics can produce great results at a fraction of normal printing costs. -Renee
