I had entered into a contractual agreement with Julian the store manager at the time fo rent to own furniture. We financed a bedroom set with matress, and a couch set with automan. From start to finish our business with this company was unprofessional. After signing a contract and leaving our first months payment and delivery charge (in cash) with the store the furniture was not delivered on the delivery date. We called all evening with no response and finally got a hold of someone the next day, who told us there was issues with our order and we couldnt have the couch set we paid for. At that point because we were expecting a delivery all of our old furniture had already been thrown out. The next day when we finally got a hold of them, they said that our application was denied and would not get a delivery. (Mind you this was AFTER signing a contract and paying the first payment) So eventually 4 days late we DID get our furniture (Minus the 180.00 sheet set we ordered, still never got that) after harassing the owner the store. Now second issue, the day after we got the couch, a support beam snapped when my husband sat on it. We opened the bottom of the couch and saw that it had snapped where there was a knot in the wood and that it had also ripped open the part that held the stuffing up in place. (Manufactures defect) Months later, the couch still is not repaired, and we have refused to pay for the couch. We got dicked around in regards to the pictures, had to send in two sets because the manager they hired after firing Julian took his laptop with him when they fired him to rehire Julian. (Julian the manager at the time was apparantly "ripping off" Cozy Sleep so the employees told us, however the owner rehired him) Anyway, the other day the owner showed up at our home, wanting to know why we stopped paying for the couch set and demanded 500.00.

He was throwing numbers around and changing the cost of everything. Told us the couch was 90$ a month, and he waved the admin fee for late payment (45) so that the two numbers cancelled each other out for 2 months and we now owed him $500.00. (Confused the hell out of us to) .

When he said he wanted in the house to get the furniture, my husband denied him access, and told him he would need a police officer to escort him or reposseesion papers, that he could not just come into our home when he felt like it. At this point the owner started swaring at my husband, calling him a f**king lawyer and getting all confused and beligerant. When we told him he coulerytd come get his furniture on Saturday because we didnt want to deal with him anymore, and asked him what time. He told my husband " Your the (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) you tell me" and he proceeded to get into his truck and drive away without having a solid plan.

I half expect him not to show up.Every experience ive had with this comapny has been negative.From hearing that they pay their employees cash, low below min. wage.
To having the old man (the owner) make sexual remarks to me when I was at the store paying a bill. ( He told me "Your pretty cute, I wouldn't mind bangin' into you" while he stared me up and down with a perverted smile on his face)To not recieving the merchandise I paid for, and then not having the warenty that came with the furniture fullfilled.

I would recommend NEVER buying or financing from them.They will give you NOTHING BUT HEADACHES and PROBLEMS!
