I have conversed with an employee of CP Direct personally. I will keep her name anonomous. She told me that her supervisor told her that CPDirect has no intention of reimbursing any monies owed to anyone. There "money back Guaruntee" is fraud and I have the proof. According to my source, their credit card merchant droped CPDirect because there were too many refunds on their account. They now have a new account called "Global". CPDirect has no intention of honoring any past refunds.
I did manage to get ahold of a customer service rep and he said that CPDirect has sent a credit of $168.00 to my checking account. My bank has no record of this. CPDirect has purposely lied to me about that credit. Then the csr tells me that its my banks fault.
People, they are going to continue to do this until a lawsuit stops them. I have proof from my "insider". I am just one man. I cannot take on these assholes myself. Thank you
