I purchased Longitude for my husband from CP Nutritionals about 1 1/2 years ago. It took them forever to send the shipment because they were dumb and Fed-exed the shipment to a P.O. Box.

Well after I found out that they charged me for 2 more bottles before he even had the "first" one for the guaranteed 30 day trial, I called them and told them that I wanted a full refund for all 3 bottles and S&H.

The woman on the phone told me that this process would be about 6-8 weeks and I thought that it would be ok. Well after 8 weeks went by and there was no refund in my bank, I called back.

The woman told me that CP Nutrtionals was being sued by the state of Arizona and that no refunds or orders were being made. I was mad and I feel that $200.00 is a lot of money to just fool around with.

So I keep an eye on the case and I am waiting for the day when I get my return, but I don't think it will be anytime soon. I really feel that places like this ought to be shut down and the people should be refunded promptly, why should we have to wait for them to be sued before we get a refund?

Thanks for reading about how I was ripped off by CP Nutritionals.

DEBBIE I ORDERED THE SAME WAY YOU DID AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO ME. I WAS TO RECIEVE MY REFUND FROM THE COMPANY BECAUSE I REACH MY GOAL AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER BOTTLE BEFORE I COULD CANCEL MY NEXT SHIPMENT. THE WOMEN ON THE PHONE IN LATE APRIL EARLY MAY SAID I SHOULD SEE THE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT TO SHOW UP IN ONE TO TWO BILLING CYCLES. THAT IN MY MIND IS 30-60 DAYS WHICH MOSTLY ALL COMPANIES DO TELL YOU ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU ARE TO RECIEVE A CREDIT. THAT IS JUST THE NATURE OF THE MERCHANT SERVICE THAT HAS TO PROCESS OUR CREDIT AND POST IT TO OUR CREDIT CARD AND WHEN THE CUT OFF OF YOUR CURRENT STATEMENT IS WHAT MAY CAUSE IT TO GO ON YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE. I DID NOT RECIEVE MY CREDIT BECAUSE ANY FAULT OF THE COMPANY AS I ORDERED A PRODUCT FOR MY GIRLFRIEND A YEAR AGO AND WHEN SHE WAS SATISFIED AND HAD RECIEVED ANOTHER BOTTLE THEY CREDITED THE BOTTLE AND DID NOT WANT IT BACK. SO CAN YOU BEAT THAT FREE MERCHANDISE AND A CREDIT IN 30-60 DAYS. i LIKE THAT TYPE OF COMPANY FREE MERCHANDISE AND A REFUND THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT FROM THE COMPANY AGAIN I TRUSTED THEM. I TRIED CALLING IN LATE MAY TO FIND THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU THEY WE TAKEN OVER AND WE WERE TOLD NO REFUNDS ON ANY MERCHANDISE. SO IF YOU GO TO JANUARY 3 2003 RIPOFF REPORT YOU WILL SEE A GROUP OF US ARE CALLING WARFIELDS OFFICE FOR A REFUND AND YOU WILL READ THE RESULTS OF HIM NOT WANTING TO PAY US BACK. AS WE FEEL IF THE COMPANY WAS KEPT IN OPERATION WE WOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED FOR PRODUCT THAT WE ARE NOT IN NEED OF AS WE HAVE ACHIVED OUR GOAL AS STATED IN THE ADVERTISING AND THERE WAS NO NEED FOR ADDITIONAL BOTTLES. I DID NOT GO INTO THIS BLIND I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND I ORDERED IT. SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY COULD CLOSE A COMPANY THAT HELPS US ACHIEVE OUR GOAL AND FEEL BETTER ABOUT OURSELVES. THERE ARE SO MANY PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET THAT MAKE SIMILAR CLAIMS AND EVEN BLATEN FRAUD. THIS COMPANY GAVE US PRODUCT SENT BY FED-EX TO INSURE OUR DELIVERY. WE RECIEVED IN THE PACKAGE WHAT WE TOLD BY THE ORDER TAKERS WHAT WE PURCHASED. THE PRODUCT PROFORMED TO THE CLAIMS IN THE ADVERTISING. AND MY GIRLFRIEND RECIEVED A REFUND ON HER PURCHASE IN 30-60 DAYS AND WAS TOLD TO KEEP THE BOTTLE. WHERE IN AMERICA CAN THE CONSUMER GO WRONG. IT WAS ONLY A SUPPLEMENT TO HELP US LIKE ANY WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT ON THE MARKET A SUPPLEMENT AND A EXERSIZE.SO AS WE SEE MORE AND MORE p***s COMPANIES COME ABOUT WITH GREATER CLAIMS THEN CP DIRECT YOU WONDER WHY IT HAPPENED TO THEM NOT THE PRODUCT. I WOULD TESTAFY IN A COURT OF LAW MY GIRLFRIEND AND I FOR THIS COMPANY AND THERE PRODUCTS AS WE BELIVED IN WHAT THEY SOLD. IM SURE THERE ARE MANY OTHER PEOPLE OUT THER THAT ARE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF THE PRODUCT. BUT SOME ARE MAD BECAUSE THE COMPANY CLOSED NOT DUE TO THE COMPANY BUT THE STATE AND DID NOT GET A REFUND AS STATE BY THE COMPANY. IT IS NOT THE COMPANIES FAULT BUT THE STATE. WE CANNOT PUT THE BLAME ON THE COMPANY BUT TO ATTACK THE STATE AND THERE RECIEVER. SO LETS FORM A GROUP AND UP RISE TO GET WHAT IS DUE BACK TO US FROM THE RECIEVER. AND GIVE OUR TRUE FEELING TO THE COMPANIES ATTORNIES TO SHOW THAT THE PRODUCT DID WORK FOR US. IF ANYONE KNOWS THE COMPANIES ATTORNIES LETS CONTACT THEM FOR OUR REFUND AND TO HELP THE COMPANY THAT HAS HELPED US ACHIEVE WHAT WE WANTED OUT OF THEM. "RESULTS" TO GET YOUR MONEY WE NEED A CLASS ACTION SUITE AGAINST THE RECIEVER LARRY WARFIELD WHO HAS ALL OF THE COMPANIES MONEY HE IS AT 480 948-1711 AND THEN WHEN HE TELLS YOU TO GET LOST REPORT HIM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE 602 542-5025. LETS SHED SOME LIGHT TO THE MEDIA HOW THREE OTHER COMPANIES ARE IN SCOTTSDALE DOING THE SAME SO CALLED PRACTICES AND THEY ARE STILL AROUND. IS THIS SELECTIVE PROCICUTION OR NATZEISEM IN AMERICA? WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US WE ELECT PEOPLE INTO OFFICE THAT MAKE THESE KINDS OF DECISIONS. AND LOOK US THE CONSUMER IS HURT BY WHAT THE SYSTEM HAS DONE TO THIS COMPANY. SO WE HURT OURSELVES BY ELECTING THE WRONG PARTIES INTO OFFICE. I DON'T THINK IT WAS THE COMPANY THAT WAS GOING TO RIP US OFF IT IS LARRY WARFIED AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA.PLEASE RESPOND AS WE CAN GET A GROUP ACTION WITH THE GENTILEMAN IN CALIFORNIA AGAINT WARFIELD AND THE STATE FOR THERE PRACTICES AND NOT THE COMPANY AS I HAD RECIEVED A REFUND AS STATED IN THE PAST FOR MY GIRLFRIEND.
