Where to start!  First off Stay Away!  It is useless! Go to the end of this ripoff report to learn how to properly request your money back ASAP! I bought into cpagreed with the hopes of building a nice Cost Per Action business. To begin I didn't receive my conformation email with my log in details so I emailed them and gave them information about the transaction and the Next day they emailed me they wanted a copy of my reciept.  Why could they not find it with the information I sent them????

From the 4th of December to the 12th 60% of the software would not work for me on my windows 7 XPS laptop.  They said it would.  I emailed support and they claimed there was an update and to uninstall and re-install.  Boy I already did this four times and even on two computers but why not try it again.  Nope, same issues! I finally fixed the two issues I had.  

The first 5 issues took me four days to fix...now it's the 8th of December and I was nice enough to Tell Them What The Fixes Were.  Shouldn't they be helping me? So over the next 3 days I finally fixed my last 2 issues which one was that the program was leaving stupid comment like "the brown fox jumped over the lazy cay" on sites it was supposed to creating links with....nowadays every comment left on everyone's site gets looked at and either trashed or approved.  Who would approve a stupid comment like that!?

I emailed them and told them I Once Again Fixed My Issue with Their Software and they had the nerve to ask for a screen shot and what I did to fix it.  Are you kidding me.  I didn't even reply to it.

So finally I give the program an honest shot and have had NO results at all.  My website traffic didn't even grow!  They claim with their 30 days no questions ask refund policy that you will make your first sale in 10 days!  I was 25 days into it when I finally threw the towel in and asked for a refund.  I paid out over $1,000 with taxes included and have not made one cent!

Me being a nice person....here is how the emails read from my request for a refund...Dec 27th 2012

Hi Guys,  So I had a rough start with lots of software issues and finally worked through them.  I honestly used this software for over two weeks with no increase to any of my websites.  I learned a lot of useful information but haven't made a dime off of this nor gained anymore traffic...I understand it takes a short time to get indexed but still not satisfied.  Thank you guys for the knowledge.  Here is the order number....

No, I don't  mind.  I have done everything the videos say to do and have used the software multiple times per campaign but still have had no increase of visits from before using the system and have not made a single sale either. I really wanted it to be my golden goose to working from home but it's time to move on. Sent from my....

Yes I did do everything in the manual.  Are you processing my refund or what?I don't mind answering your questions even though you say "no questions asked" in your refund policy...but please refund my money. How long until I receive it? Thank you,Tim

Are you kidding me!!!!

Lucky for me I went to www.cardquery.com and tried to get a refund during this process.  When trying (three times) to process through the "I want to request a refund" tab it takes me back to the cpagree main page which reads "sorry but the webinar is by invite only."

So I tried the "Where's my refund?" Tab and it excepted it.  

On Dec 31st

I received an email from [email protected] that was to [email protected] copying me that said....
Dear Support,

Thank you for contacting SWREG. 

Customer order ID: XXXXXXXXXX 
Customer email contact:XXXXXXXXXXX

This customer has requested a refund for their order due to the following reason: 

Customer emailed" I have tried to request a refund from you guys and am not getting a reliable response from you.  This software has not lived up to what it was hyped to be and I have not made a single sale!  I want a refund.  Thank you.

Please reply to the customer regarding their request, and copy us in the response so we can verify that the customer has been assisted.

We are copying the customer on this email and thank you for your assistance.

So to cancel go to www.cardquery.com before dealing with CPAGreed!

I did buy the domain name of CPAGreed.Info just in case I do not get my refund that way I can post this and other information there too.  I have to try to warn as many people as possible! I hope this helps those of you smart enough to do some extra homework before buying into programs.
