i had wrote 3 checks to Winn Dixie back in feb 09 they submitted one on june 1 july 1 09 and it was pd. when they called they were rude insulting and even made fun of me. on july 17 they redeposited 2 more checks and they were paid today they resubmitted the checks and refuse our phone calls so now they have been paid twice for the same checks and refuse to acknowledge it dont know what else to do they have now drained my bank account cant even pay rent and i am going to be homeless

I'm more than sure the mistake was fixed and wasn't left as is.

My suggestion next time is to not hire on a service when youre too poor for the service, hopping from bank to bank.

This confuses the hell out of contract managers who have to collect their cash for the service they provide.

You aren't answered because you were probably black-listed, CPS will more than likely not do any more business with you which is standard practice for ALL businesses in the world.

I have been harassed by this company for 2 months now and I really can not take it anymore. The threats and letters are more than I can bare. I have paid them off and they still keep calling me. The man that keeps hanging up on everyone has hung up on me to. My husband and I are ready to fly down to Texas ourselves. They are also trying to have people answer there calls illegally. They have called once and said that my credit card account has been hacked into and then it was that my credit card has been denied, please talk with the supervisor. This is wrong. If anyone has any information on what I can do, please let me know.

I wanted to also tell my side of the story. I have pretty much the same complaint. I have been going through heck with the CPS company because my bank sent me the wrong batch of checks with an account # that I had closed out awhile back. I didn't realize it at the time and I wrote checks out of that batch. 2 checks were written to Winn Dixie. This is in AL. I paid them off right away when I realized the error. Not only am I battling Wachovia on giving me my fee money back but I've been battling CPS for over 8 months!! After I paid these checks they keep sending me threatening letters telling me that they are going to have me thrown in jail. I've called them each time and they keep telling me that everything is paid and to not worry about the problem that it would be taken care of. I got another letter yesterday and I called today about it and spoke with a guy by the name of Frank Phillips. This guy was so hateful and rude to me. He would not allow me to speak and then he said "it's a mistake I'll fix it" and then he slammed the phone down on me. I called back and he slammed the phone down on me again. This man NEEDS to be fired! This company NEEDS to no longer be used by corporations. I'm going to Winn Dixie's management today and let them know also what's happened. I'm not stopping until this company loses business!!
