CPU Parts International / Redwood Consulting ripoff / no shippment/ no refund Little Rock Arkansas
Like many others I placed an order for a shuttle computer from CPU parts international on June 26th, 2004. My shipping date was set to be July 16th but was never shipped. Just like other people the company gave me phoney excuses about being behind schedual and that my package would arrive on the 19th. This also never happened and it is now August with no computer.
I finally recieved an e-mail from Brent Rogers at the billing department on Aug 2nd stating that the reason my computer was not shipped was that they were able to charge my credit card yet they couldn't deposit the money into thier bank. Once again no bank name or valid phone number was given.
I tried contacting the www.2co.com company but they did not handle my purchace. My credit card company is trying to settle the dispute but it takes 4-6 weeks. If anyone has been able to recieve a computer or a refund please let us all know.
