As a 42-year
Kamaaina of Kailua, Oahu and having a recent move to the mainland
United States (Oregon) I am appalled at the corrupted ways I have been
exposed to. I am specifically talking about CR England Trucking &
School (CR England Logistics, Inc.) in Salt Lake City, Utah. This
company usually teaches new students to pass their CDL Class A license,
others get there hopes and dreams destroyed and further in debt. And has
Federal backing to do so.
However, some of CR England company employees Phase I(1) Trainers, practice in DEFRAUDING the DOT. And, at most it seems, when they are exposed, just get a status move within the company, not FIRED. Then when I filed a (on-line) complaint [ #100038391] on [12/28/2009], I never received a phone call and/or mail within the 3-months as stated on the Federal DOT web site. So, I called the main D.C. office on the morning of [4/8/2010 MDT] and a woman answered, very nicely and with concern. After I had explained the situation she asked if I would wait on the line. YES, was my reply. She then informed me a e-mail message was sent to the Utah DOT Office. Still, to the above dateNOTHING!

this message does not fall on deaf ears.
The above situation is
but the tip of the iceberg of 'possible' law breaking activities
conducted -- daily. ENRON comes to mind here!
One note to take to heart is to remember, or know, that the MORMON community guards themselvesPERIOD! <---- you get the drift?!

So whats the ripoff here, did you get a CDL or not? Your report makes no since what so ever. What fraud are you talking about?
Sounds like your one of the tea party losers that wants to complain about everything if you dont get your way. Thats quit obvious with the pictures you posted with your report.
I think you have a problem with the government than with CR England. Let me give you a nickels worth of advice. The trucking industry operated the same way when Bush was in office for eight years. So Obama has nothing to do with your problem whatever it is.
Theres more to the trucking industry than just driving the truck. I am an ex-truck driver and I have burned up a lot of interstates over the years and some people are not cut out to drive truck. Maybe you are one of them.

Well, I'm sadden to inform you all that 'NO RESPONSE' has been received....from anyone, in any shape or form! It's now been 5-months.
So much for the saying from the mouth of PRESIDENT OBAMA "It could only work if each of us stayed
informed and engaged, if
we
held our government accountable, if we fulfilled
the obligations of
citizenship."
I say,
I am covered by the 'Whistle Blower Law' for whatever its worth. And now have since been 'TERMINATED' from employment with CR England.
Anyway, what can/are they (CR England,Inc.) going to do...make me less
than successful. I'm already there!
My only hopes and prays are that they (CR England, Inc.) are forced, by GOD, the Feds, or someone,
to stop the use and abuse of unfortunate individuals and STOP getting
Federal $ for the CDL 'Puppie Mill' which they engage in.
BTW, I am again e-mailing the President with KANAKA WAIWAI in the SUBJECT line.

I just got off the phone [04/22/2010 @7:50a.m. PST] with the Federal DOT Complaint
line (800)832-5660 to ask them about my case file [#100038391,
Dec.28,2009]. And, the gentleman told me in about the same words as the
lady did 2-weeks ago."I'll/I'm sending a e-mail message to the Utah
office.". WELL HOLD ON THERE! IF IT DID NO GOOD 2-WEEKS AGO,
JUST WHAT MAKE YOU THINK ANOTHER ONE WILL? I said nicely...
He
then asked and put me on hold, a woman named 'Nadine' (sp) tried oh so
nicely to explain that they (Federal DOT office) does not know what goes
on at the UTAH office. And, that I should be getting a call from them
as a e-mail was sent to Mr.KELLER. OK, FINE...WHEN? She told me,
"all you truckers want things done right now" I REPLIED, IT'S BEEN
4-MONTHS SINCE I FIRST FILED [Dec.28, 2009] AND 2-WEEKS SINCE I LAST
CALLED YOUR OFFICE WITH THE SAME INQUIRY AS NOW, WITH THE SAME RESULTS.
MAYBE I SHOULD BE TALKING WITH THE FBI CONCERNING THE UTAH DOT OFFICE
THEN.
Her reply was "Maybe you should". I ALSO INFORMED
HER OF THE "MISSING W2". She said then call the IRS. OK, I will.
And I did!
