I am currently employed by CR England. I am in Phase 2 of my training. I am supposed to be paid 0.12 a mile. Last week I was to be paid for 1700 miles that I ran with a trainer that they fired. I was not paid. This week I was to be paid for the previous weeks 1700 miles plus for 3 more trips with a new trainer that totaled in miles to be well over 5000. Not only was I not paid they charged me 152.09 for hotel fees and taxi fees when the trainers truck broke down. The trainer was responsible to pay that...

So not only did I not get paid I was put in the hole for 137.10. Next weeks check if they decide to pay me, will deduct the 137.10, 225 for the school loan, 160 in advances so I could live, 234 in child support which is actually 78 weekly which totals out to 756. That would be mt entire pay plus. That means not only will I not get a pay again I will be negative again...If I would have been paid the past 2 weeks the advances would not have been necessary, I would only have 1 child support payment 1 student loan payment and there is still the issue of the hotel and taxi....

I cannot understand why people enter into agreements without first doing all homework. If you would have checked out ROR first, you would not have taken the job.You should have also done the math on the pay prior to taking the job, as you would have figured out that you couldn't even survive on it, not even considering your other obligations.

As I recall, you only get paid for your share of the "team" miles. The absolute most miles that you can drive safely and legally is 3000, and that is alot.

Now for the math. 3000 miles @ .12 = $360 BEFORE taxes, child support, ans school loan! How exactly did you do your math and figure this would work? Just common sense.

At this point, file a wage claim, get fired, collect unemployment, find a new job.
