Slander is for untrueth. Personally, I would sue if it were me and I were indeed being Slandered. After $26,000 spent with Mr Lunde and having him excond with all the material I paid him for plus having been the victum of Mr Lunde's extortion attempt I was able to replace both sites with another developer for under $5000. Both sites are working much better then anything Mr Lunde put up and I am very pleased to finally be working with a competent and honest programer. Mr Lunde has still not made any attempt to repay me for the 15 months of services I prepaid him for nor any of the work he was paid to do. The one valid thing Mr Lunde said is his warning to get a contract before paying for any computor services. A valuable and painfull lesson learned Mr Lunde, thank you. May no other unsuspecting customer be treated to such a lesson!

I won't honor this slander with a full rebuttal. My time is too valuable. However, I will give this advice to anyone doing business with another person. If you are the provider of the service, be sure the customer signs a written contract before proceeding with the work. Be sure you are protected if the purchaser fails to live up to their verbal promises. I submitted such a contract to this complainant, but he never signed it. I foolishly did the work, and when this guy couldn't live up to the terms of that contract, he got ugly. I began receiving threats, insults, foul language and even harassing, threatening phone calls from friends of this vindictive individual. He even bragged about slandering me here on this website! If you are the purchaser of services, do not purchase without a written contract, and be sure you read the contract thoroughly before signing. Try to live up to your end of the bargain, and if you can't, try to renegotiate in a professional, non-combative manner. Thank you, Ripoff Report, for the opportunity to respond.
