CRC Consumer Research Mystery Shopping, Market Research, Training & Consulting requesting wire transfer from bogus check as part of training Trenton New Jersey
I was sent a check in the amount of $3,950.00 supposedly in response to "interest in an additional income on part-time basis". The check was for:
1. 3 hours probationary training pay @ the rate of $100.00 per hour - $300;
2. Funds for shopping or Hotel Lodging (I was to evaluate Wal-Mart, Home Depot or JC Penney or one day's lodging at Best Western or Days-Inn as a mystery shopper) - $150;
3. The second evaluation was service charge by Western Union/Money Gram (for training in a financial transaction) - $170
4. Required funds to be sent - $3,340
After completing this training assignment, my salary would be increased to $600/week for the first three months and an additional increment of $750.00/wk would follow after another three months if I chose to stay with them.
