This is a great franchise to start if you really don't want to work at it, BECAUSE, it does not work like explained. These guys really scammed me out of over $2000 dollars. Bill in franchise sales returned my call after I inquired about what the business involves. He told me how I could simply put an ad in the paper, to seek non profit groups, kiosks and places like that to get them to let me print logo's on gadget for them to use as promo items. Cheap stuff, well I didn't expect to get a cheap system. I have printed stuff for a local group, and had to give back all the money they paid me top imprint, plus the cost of the stupid little footballs they supplied because most of the imprinting came right off. Bad business all the way around. And it only takes 1 mad customer to spread the bad word around. Anyone know how to get a refund?

I need good solid information on starting a home business, when I saw the ad for Creative Amusement Services. I spoke with Jay Gotham, franchise division. He was very informative, he offered me advise on several aspects of business. So I called a couple of other owners, that all ad good results. I figured, no way to loose as Jay promised. I sent in my $2000 franchise fee, then another $1500 for a starter kit, $300 for advertising materials and training guide. That was 5 months ago. Well to date, no pending orders or income, a total loss. Jay had since blocked my email address, so I have started looking else where for help. Wow, terrific information Thanks so much. Who knew this was a scam? i would have not figured. i spoke to Jay Gotham for a bit, and he seemed like a good guy, very helpful. But it turned out that he was a liar also. I put in a good amount of money, almost $6,000. That is a lot of money in my life, and in my part of town. I go into this to make a little extra money, and make happy people in my area. I was not looking for a million $$, but wanted to make plates, shirts, etc for my small town. But without support, and without knowledgeable people to help me out, there was no way of succeeding here. They set this up to fail. Sad but true. I love more thatn $10,000 in this investment now, and it sucks. I am out of money, and losing my house. My community is pulling together to help me out, but I need lawyer fees. I need to sue this company. I was taken, and it is sad they can practically steal money from someone. When I request a refund, and threaten lawyers, I get nothing from CASI. They are good scammers. I promised to send everything back and not badmouth thm. Nope, they still will not help. They are not giving money back and I am stuck. Someone help me!
