Creative Concepts - Kitchen Cabinet Spraying & Renovations Kitchen Cabinet Spraying & Renovations Michael Phipps SCAM - Will take deposit for proposed work and NEVER return, answer phone calls or text msgs. Cambridge Ontario
After finding Michael Phipps information from a road sign in Kitchener ONT, my wife contacted him to provide us a quote on repainting our kitchen. After two visits, we agreed to proceed with the work. Michael insisted that he required a depost to book our work due to the high demand for his services. Reluctantly, we gave him a deposit. Day prior to when he was to start the work, we reached out to Michael to confirm what time he would be arriving the following day. We were told there was a death in his family and that he couldn't attend the original agreed upon date but would be there 3 days later. After following up again in 3-days, he once again pushed the timeline 2 more days. After following up again, he ingnored all communcation and went silent. After attempting to call and contact him numerous times, requesting our money back, Michael clains to be waiting on other projects to be completed to return our money. Months have gone by with no communcation back to us and this is clearly a scam. Have recently engaged with a large list of other individuals in the Kitchener and Cambridge area who have also fallen victim to Michael Phipps and his scam.
Please do not contact or work with Micheal Phipps. He is a scam artist. Typically uses signs (recent signs were Yellow) and advertises Kitchen Cabinet Spraying.
