Never have I had a nice person call me and never have I had a person try to work anything out with me
- If you have never paid late, never missed a payment, and are paying above the minimum payment why would they need to work anything out with you? It sounds like the entire story is not being told.

You stated you never missed a payment and made more than the required amount etc, right? Then you state a nice person never called you and making "arrangements" was difficult because essentially they were hard to work with.
If you were never late then why would they be calling you? If you were never late why would there need to be any need to "make arrangements"?
Any subprime loan company will start calling when payments are late because many subprime borrowers continue in their subprime ways. Nothing new here and nothing illegal, immoral or unethical. Don't want to hear from them...pay your bills on time and no, I don't work for them.
