Mark, Change your phone# to an unlisted one! That is guaranteed to stop the calls. Or you can program all of their phone#'s into a fax machine or dialer and program to redial constantly. This will ring all phones they have all day long, say 2 minutes apart. I did a debt collector like this one time. Have fun.

Hi, A few years ago C.A. had a different company doing their collections. As a previous finance manager and a dealer partner with C.A. I had a customer say the exact same thing to me as your experience. You need to call you dealership (sorry,) ask for the finance manager and tell him you need to speak with his Market Area Manager ASAP. Ask for his email address or any way to communicate this problem to him. You can also call your attorney and tell him its stressing you out. You are fulfilling the additional contract terms and need to live free of this crap. Also call 1-800-729-7633. Go thru the selections and ask for the collections dept. You can have your account put to their dept internally, much friendlier than the 3rd party morons.
