Credit Acceptance Corporation Took advantage scamming for money not entitled to after judgment awarded Southfield, Michigan
Credit Acceptance Corporation repossessed my vehicle and proceeded with a civil suit for payment of the remaining balance. The company was awarded state tax refunds to satisfy the debt. Nearly 4 years later, Credit Acceptance are attempting to garnish my employment wages while accruing additional fees and interest over 3000.00. This company has received money and is very greedy and self centered. I have been through several hardships, desire to be a homeowner, but this company is a major problem. Read the fine print and read between the lines with scam artist!

I think you have a lot of nerve to say the things you just said in your post. CAC is a ripoff and I am sad to say a consumer that is stuck with them. They have been overly rude refusing to give me my account number and yes I am behind in payments but at the same time if i could not pay the full payment i paid something and still got late fees for over a year. when my car broke for 2 months I could not make the payment as i had to pay to get my car fixed and called CAC to advise. they took notes but still called and harrassed me so terribly.
but not about me in this posting it is about the way you speak to people and what you just wrote about this individual.

YOU failed to make your payments on time. As such, YOU turned on all the collections efforts and YOU brought on YOUR repo. They did the repo, sold the car at auction and came after you for the remainder of the contract plus fees and interest. Nothing new or unusual here. Just another very obvious subprime thinking welfare type who screwed other creditors, then screwed this one and continues to blame somebody else. You people make me vomit.
