Ya I know you get paid to harrass people...you must sleep well at night. It's fine to call someone when their payment is past due but it's NOT fine to be rude and speak broken english. It's America...learn our language if you want to live here! All you have to do is call and ask politely if I have mailed the payment yet...but no you ask 50 other stupid questions including "can you please verify your phone number"...what a dumb question when you just called it! So glad I am not doing business with you gooks anymore.

SORRY ABOUT YOUR SITUATION, THERE WERE ALTERNATIVES TO INSURING YOUR PAYMENTS ARRIVED ON THE DUE DATE(AUTO PAY, MONEYGRAM, CHECK OR DEBIT CARD BY PHONE, ETC ETC) IF YOU DIDNT CALL PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE, THE COMPANY WILL CALL YOU THE DAY AFTER YOUR DUE DATE IF PAYMENT HASNTPOSTED.
