Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Credit Acceptance is definitely in the business of ripping people off.I owed only 3,000 on my car, from 11,000.What they do is wait until you get close to paying it off and then they reop it for sale and stick you with the balance, even though they sell the car to someone else, therefore their mission is to get money from two parties. This company is green thirsty and dont give d**n about you.I dont think anyone should have pay for a vechicle that they no longer has. They had better hope that i never become fortunate, because my mission in life will be to shut them down. They are targeting people less fortunate, that is why everyone is approved because they interest rate is so high, they hope that you fall on hard time or have a dry spell and its bingo for them.I hope that President Obama stop companies like this .In the end GOD will have his way.

I contacted credit acceptance to pay the requested amount they where asking for,a rep told me to call back the next day to see if the car had been sold.I called back the next day,for them to tell me,yes, its been sold. They probably sold it when they first repoed it because it was almost paid for.I pray that God let me live to see the day this comapany is closed down. They probably the preying on people for years.JESUS was sent to in the world by GOD to help the poor and less fortunate, not to prey on the weak.I will pray for CEO of this company that GOD may have mercy on this soul, He will probably say, It's just politics.Say this ,when you meet your creator,THE ALL MIGHTY,GOD.

What Does The Bible Say About Paying Your Bills?

They did a repo because YOU turned on the collections activities by YOU not paying YOUR bills on time...plain and simple.  YOU signed a contract to pay the entire amount of the car plus interest plus fees and plus any extra interest YOU generated because of YOUR late payments.  The car may "go away" during a repo but the CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT which YOU signed stays behind.  As such, YOU are still on the hook for whatever the amount is minus the amount of money they get from the sale at auction.  There is nothing illegal, immoral or unethical about this process.  If you didn't want to be hit with a repo, YOU should have paid your bills on time.  If you want charity, there are plenty of agencies for that.  You signed a contract for them to finance your purchase.  That is their only purpose in life.  They aren't your pastor, your financial advisor or your mother.  This is a SUBPRIME (deadbeat) lender.  You were placed with them because YOU gave yourself a documented and verified reputation of NOT paying your bills on time.  Perhaps now is the time to GROW UP and start acting responsible.  Oh yes, the Bible has alot to say about that too!  No, I don't work for them.
