They apparently don't understand the law reqarding automated telephone calls and cell phones. The operator, when I called to complain, didn't either. She was significantly more interested in placing me with a sales rep who could then have a Collection Call with me. I filed my complaint with the MA Attorney General less than 30 minutes after the automated phone call.
