Credit Collection Services broke stay order in bankrupsy Ripoff Newton Massachusetts
my insurance company said i owed them a bill i did not so i filed them on bankrupsy they then sold the account to ccs who then wrote me a letter i had already contacted the insurance co. about the bankrupsy . so the ccs. broke a stay order which is against the law in tennessee i tried to contact ccs but noone would listen so my attorney said yes they would listen to them and the court systems.
