Credit Collection Services rip off trying to get money twice Newton, Massachusetts
I have recived many threatning letters from this company about a accident my mother had in my car they say they are collecting for all state insurance.
they sent me a registered letter a few days ago demanding payment of 2,196,92 by march 1 or they would start litagation .
the thing is it was paid to all state jan 29 .it looks to me like they are trying to collect twice. i called them the woman said did i have proof it was paid i told here that if they sent any more letters to me i would sue them she said to me can i talk i said no i have listened to your threats for months its my turn. she hung up on me.i have a heart problem and this has caused me a lot of stress.
