Credit Collection Services sent me a bill in the form of a warning notice Newton Massachusetts
Received a warning notice wanting me to mail them money for cancled insurance. the mailing address is CCS, PO Box 9134, Needham Heights, MA 02494-9134 which does not even match their main address which is C.C.S. Check Processing Center - 27, PO Box 55126, Boston, MA 02205-5126. This is a pretty good scam citing federal law, etc. I want to know how they got my information. I have turned this over to the Police Investigative Unit and DA Office for Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. This is TOO MUCH!

So just to clear things up, I work for CCS and have for the last year, I can tell you right now it's not a "scam". If you owe money to a company eventually it lands you in a collection agency. But that doesn't make the collection agency or their representatives scammers, simply doing our job.
Anyway, back to the topic here. We have several mailing addresses in massachusetts and new Hampshire. If you're calling regarding a subrogation claim then there is an address to send corrospondence, payment with payment stub, payment without payment stub and the physical address for a certified letter regarding your claim.
For debts there are medical, cable, insurance and Allstate. Yes, Allstate is separate from other insurance companies at CCS. Each "department" has their own po box for correspondence or payment without payment voucher. There is also a physical address for the corporate office in newton. Payments with a payment voucher is the only thing that should be sent to the "PAYMENT PROCESSING CENTER". It is a machine that electronically processes your payment.
So really, before you judge a company based on their address, you could always call them and simply aak why there are numerous addresses. We are not monsters, promise.
