I was sent an email request electronic authorization for payment on an account that doesn't belong to me nor does it exist. I attempted to contact the company via the consumer phone number at 888-365-7131 but the calls wouldn't go through. I attempted to look up up account details via the self service portal on the website and received an error message stating the acocunt doesn't exist.The details on the attachment to the email have my name but the rest of the personal info is not mine nor do I have any accounts that would be in collections.
This appears to be a scam to have me authorize payments to an account that doesn't exist.
