Credit Education Group ripoff Henderson Nevada
I was offered this VISA worth $2500.00 credit limit, on 10th April 2003. I received a phone call at work. It sounded like a good deal. 1. No monthly or annual fees. 2. Intrest rate - no intrest if account is paid on time. Nationwide use. 3. Money back gaurantee. 4. I will receive in the mail within 14 days via carrier mail.
My pay was delayed for 2 months. I called the company and expalined my situation. I was given a confiramtion that instead of withdrawing the $290.00 from my account on the 1st of May 2003 it will be withdrawn on 1st of June 2003. However, they went ahead and withdrew the amount on 1st of May 2003. I tried to communicate with them verifying the confirmation, but they told me that the only way I can get my money back is if I ask my bank to redeposit the amount to my account. Now this is rediculuos because they were the ones with the money which they withdrew from my account unlawfully. They are the ones resopnsible for depodsiting it back into my account. I spoke to my bank and they told me to file fraud charges against this company. I am a single parent who by the grace of GOD is making it. This company is very untrustworthy and I intend to go to the max inorder to get my money back and justice!
