Been a customer for 4 years, never had a problem with Credit One. I have great credit but I still use this card once a month to keep an active account in the credit bureaus.
You can't sue them because you let the time limit lapse how stupid is that?

The high interest rate you cite and the low credit limit is a dead give away you are a subprime borrower. You put yourself in that exact position. Any fees were clearly explained to you on the disclosure form as was the interest rate. Since you sound so surprised at the amounts, I'll bet you didn't even read what you agreed to!
No, I don't work for them.

I plan on suing Credit One Bank in small claims for fraudulent business practices.
- You had "Credit Protection", but failed to apply for it within 180 days of being unemployed so you were denied. Now because they won't make an exception for you, you want to sue them.
Do I have this about right? Well if so I will let you just think about this for a while as to how stupid you have just made yourself sound. Heck I don't even need to go into how even though you throw around terms like "loan sharking" and "usury" you still kept this card for almost 3 years.
