Credit One Bank "Bait and Switch", Unethical Las Vegas, Nevada
Bank offers Prospects a "Pre-Approved" line of credit "up to" $1,500. Rarely are the Prospects approved to the limit but rather the lowest minimum credit line of $300. with a $75.00 Annual Membership Fee which brings the total credit line down to $225.00. Furthermore Credit One Bank re-runs your credit on a ambiguous and not typically used credit scoring format which then prohibits many Prospects from obtaining the stated "Pre-Approved" offer. This company is a sham. It is interesting to know that the information you provide is also given to other Collection Agencies (typically located in Nevada as well) as a way to gain additional revenue. Prospect Beware!

So how far behind are you? Why would you know about what collection agencies they use if you were not in collections? But they are to give you a credit line of 1500! Amazing.
