I received a credit card from credit one bank in January and I have never used the card. Within the first few days, they charged me a $75.00 fee for the card and a $25.00 late fee and I had never used this card. When I tried to pay this online, they charged me $9.95. This is a fee for making a payment to them. The nex statement I get is for $1.15 and I paid that and they charged me another $9.95 fee to pay that. This is the biggest rip off card that I have ever seen. So I have never used this card and it has cost me around $120.00 what a joke. My adivice to anyone is do not accept any offers from this rip off card company.

I received your offer in the mail and was pre approved. I never applied for anything with your RIPOFF company. YOUR COMPANY IS A RIPOFF. I do not know how you sleep at night knowing that you are ripping people off. I have paid everyone that I have borrowed money from. You are taking advantage of people. How dare you talk about someone who has had a child die of cancer. I pray that someday that you have a child and it is taken from you. I do not know who you think you are. You should never judge anyone. You are clueless as to what tragedy in your life will bring. But like I said, I pray that you get to experience that in your life. I also pray that GOD will humble you and bring you to your knees. You deserve anything horrible that could happen to a person. I only wish I knew you and lived near you so that I could watch......By the way, there are hundreds of complaints about your company. It is not just me....Your response is very sad. If I responded to a customer the way you did, I would be out of business in 6 months. That is exactly what needs to happen to your company. You need to stop ripping off people and taking advantage of them.....

i wantmy credit card fraud money now and the refund money that i put on your cr4ooked credit card now. im not going to live on the streets at 69 years old for you or nobody else,understand. send my credit card fraud money zand the refund money that i put on your crooked credit card from 2013 to the 8-15-2015 immediately. you people have stalled for almost a year now. send my money immediately cause im not going to live on thestreets for you brunch of crooked people in las vegas,nevada understand! send immediately!!!! when you send me my fraud money and refund money ill leave you crooked people alone but if you dont send me my money yopu owe me i will continue until the people i have contact and will keep on until they get tired of it and areested you crooked people at credit one bank i promise?

Within SECONDS anyone reading your whining can go to their website and see the fee disclosure. Since you are acting so, so, so surprised now, its a DEAD GIVEAWAY you failed to read what you were agreeing to BEFORE you applied for the card!
Oh, one more thing, speaking of "ripoffs". Credit One is a subprime (deadbeat) credit card company, that's a well known fact. Why didn't you apply for a credit card with a lower interest rate from a major bank? Oh I see, it was YOU who RIPPED OFF your creditors by not paying your bills on time. How nice!
