I was contacted by Credit Plus Rewards and told that I was eligible for a loan of up to $1,500.00 and a membership in their "program". As long as I paid a one-time fee of $129.95, which was debited from my checking account, I was then supposed to be contacted by a loan officer.

Two weeks after they took the money out of my account, I still have not received any cards, any literature, a call from a loan officer, nothing. They pretty much ripped me off. When I called customer service, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and when someone did come on the line, she began to laugh when I told her they had basically robbed me of $129.95 and never forwarded any info. regarding the loan. This company is totally bogus. I am filing a complaint with the federal authorities. Anyone who would like to join me, please reply to my e-mail. Thank you.

They called me at work and said I was approved for a $500 to be paid at $50 per month, no interest. I ok'd this because because I needed the money. They ALREADY had all my bank information obtained from the internet. I had to pay $129.95 to sign up for their credit program with a $7000 limit. I was told the $500 would be in my account the next day. Next day, no $500 of course. I called and cancelled the transaction. They took their $129.95 but I got to the bank the same day before the transaction cleared. My bank was very helpful and cancelled the transaction. The secret is getting to the bank immediately. My advice, NEVER agree to anyone taking money out of your account. There are lots of these scams out there. If you've ever posted your bank information on the internet, it looks like they sell it to one another. I flied a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
