If you read the letter correctly, you would realize that this person sent that money because they thought they would be getting a credit card, and they didn't. That's how they got ripped off. Read things more carefully before you go throwing lame comments our way. I know they said nothing about not recieving anything, but it's pretty obvious, I'm sure all the rest of us got that hint by reading all the rest of the reports about this "company". Just my opinion. How were you "ripped off"? They told you the annual fee was $37 and you sent it to them. What is the "ripoff"?
