Crenshaw Collision Ripoff Incompetent repairs, usage of defective parts, and flat out lies Los Angeles California
If you value your sanity and your vehicle, you will avoid this place if you are ever in a car accident. The term "body shop hell" was created just for Crenshaw Collision.
While the manager Mark Duran appears to be a nice guy, he just can't be trusted to keep his word. He promised to have my truck repaired in two weeks, It took them five months to finish it.
Duran didn't even order the parts until one month after I authorized the repairs. On one occasion, the repais were delayed because they said they could not locate a bumper for my vehicle. It was just a lie.
My truck has been the best selling truck in America for almost 20 years, and I was able make a single call and locate one on the spot. Duran and Crenshaw Collision never bothered to communicate with me and explain the reason for any of the delays, and their technicians are poorly trained.
When my vehicle was finally delivered, the gearshift display was not connected, there was a gap in the fender and it was not properly aligned. Duran then admitted that his body and fender techs are not certified and have problems handling anything beyond routine repairs.
These idiots even lost the remote control to my alarm system. I had to return my truck to them three times before they got it somewhat right. In addition, Crenshaw Collision takes in far more cars than they are capable of handling.
Whatever you do, do not let these people go anywhere near your car!!!!
