Crescent Bank And Trust rip-off! Harrassment! New Orleans Louisiana
I have not had my vehicle repo'ed, but I just wanted to chime in on how rude, unprofessional and outrageous this company is. They take advantage of their customers. Their excuse for everything is that it is a "high risk loan," so they feel they can punish the customer further with their harrassment and unprofessionalism. The employees (ALL OF THEM) are SO rude it's unbelievable. I am counting the days until I will no longer have to deal with this company. I don't care how desperate you are... avoid this "bank" at all costs. You would do much better just putting the entire vehicle on a credit card.. you'd pay much less.
