Crescent Bank And Trust ripoff false collections notices and harrassment New Orleans Louisiana
i have been paying a car loan through Crescent Bank and Trust on one occasion I had over paid by aproximately 6.00 I was sent a collection notice and was called for non payment.
Also when I had actually made a late payment they called my house and told the person who answered the phone that they better get to talk to me because I had their money. When he told them I was at work they called my place of employment and told the secretary the same thing.
This is a horrible way to run a bussiness and I hope that feel some reprocussions for the way they treat their customers.
