We are running into the same difficulties with this company. From the date of your report, I can see that things sure haven't changed much at this company. I keep trying to provide proof that my car note is up to date and current, but they will not listen. My father is in ICU and has been for 6 months. I havent heard a PEEP out of this company til today when they all of a sudden told me that I am a month behind and in danger of repossession! I tried to get this Ms. Card to allow me to provide them with the necessary proof of payment and she refused to accept it! I also requested a copy of my payment history of which I was refused. Claiming that if I had my cashed checks that I didnt need a copy of my payment history. Now, tell ME who's the thief in this story???
