Ever since we dealt with Crescent Bank we have had nothing but unpleasant experiences. The call your family and friends to divulge information and ask questions. For example a lady named Patricia Harrel has asked "don't you every call your mother?" My daughter explained that the number she called was a business phone and requested not to call her again, not to mention the fact that it was not the first time.



While I became unemployed and still tried to make payments I was told 3 different amounts that I owed with late charges and an automatic loan extension of 3 months. The car was almost paid for. Then Patricia Harrel got all frazled and told me why I bought a car I could not afford. Called me at least 4-5 times a day.  I then asked to speak to Mr. Heber, an assistant supervisor and asked for another account representative with more finesse.  He did not change my representative.



In this economy, you would think that there are customer service reps that would understand unfortunate circumstances with ethics and kindess. Instead they seem to be rude, with no understanding at all.  Just what if they lost their job?  Perhaps what goes around, comes around.



Is there a federal government agency that looks into these collection agencies.
