Crescent Bank They are rude as hell excuse my language Lousiana Louisiana
I had bought a trailblazer thru them my payments were on time every month ! I had gotten in a wreck and my insurance paid them off but crescent bank said I still owe them 2,000 I said the car is totaled and it was paid off and they said til this day they charge me every month the car payment and interest when I had disputed them off my credit report transunion but they won't dispute equifax bc they said I have to pay what I owe and I do t owe a dime !!! They are very rude they call me ten times a day and I want them to leave me alone!!!

Real Good Advice:
Call a Non-Profit credit councelling service. They will not charge you and help you figure out how to stop the nasty phone calls.
Listen to what they say even if you think they are wrong, Non-profit means they don't take sides, just the truth.

Are you sure that the insurance paid the total amount owed??? Insurance companies will pay the fair market value which unfortunately is often less than what was owed.
