Crescent Jewelers dishonet, won't remove your record in credit report Ripoff Fairfield California
hello everyone
I wanted tell you that I was very frustration with crescent Jeweler about credit report as bad. Also they never remove out from my name and my account as paid off for three year ago also I already paid 119.00 dollars to Crescent jewelers last three year ago and it was november 6, 2004. Also I had my recpit as aprrove that I already payed it to them and went to crescent jeweler then talked with them about it and they checked the computer also they say it still showed that I owe money to crescent jeweler. I told them that I already paid for it so I showed my recpit and check account as clear as picture from my bank scan report. they see my recpit and bank statement as approve that I paid it. They say well and sorry that can't help me and can't remove out from my record in computer also they gave phone number credit report dept as crescent jewelers so I called them about it so they say still sorry and can't help me that removed out from my name and account. It was three year ago and it was november 6, 2004. Oh I say that awful from crescent jeweler and also my wife and I never go there and won't buy any thing also we cuted the credit card from them. Some day, crescent jeweler will be business of closed in future. Now, I keep my recpit record and when I get new account from visa or masstcharges or sears account so i will show it to them about it and I hope so do not go to crescent jeweler and they want your money money and won't remove out from your record or account name in future and too bad for you and I want tell you that true ture.
