Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
So i decided to lease a new BMW for my wife...

Called couple of dealerships, talked to couple of sales reps. And, unfortunately, chose Crevier BMW, thinking that dealership of this size will, most likely, have good inventory and will provide a pleasant buying experience... WRONG!!!

After 3 days of negotiating and locating the car i was looking for, my wife and I finally drove there (60miles each way) to pick up the car which my wife was approved for by the BMW bank. Well, we got there, got greeted well, looked at the car, got free bottles of water, signed all the paperwork, even agreed to another raise of the price to $700.00, and were asked to put more money down, so we agreed, took us half an hour to get to and from our bank, then after handing them the cashier's check for the desired amount, (the whole process took about two -two and half hours), then, were waiting for the car to be pulled up for our pick up, suddenly, out of no where, the finance director decided for some stupid (unknown) reason, which they never explained to us, decided that there is some kind of a fraud going on. Both of us have no criminal records, got clean driving records, and now we were fraud?

As a former sales manager at another dealership, I felt very insulted, violated, and devastated by that act. In all my eight years of working for car dealerships, I have never seen anything like this happened to anyone. This was a brutal waste of our time, created so much inconvenience for us, and most of all, "f.......up" my wife's credit with BMW!!! For what reasons? Because the finance director told us that she felt like she and other's were not comfortable selling us a car, with no explanations what so ever? We tried to contact General Manager, he was never available, spoke to Sales Manager, who misrepresented himself as General Sales Manager, he never called back as was promised. Now, we don't know how to resolve this situation with the BMW bank. In their eyes - we are fraud!!!

Crevier BMW's staff acted very low and unprofessional!!!

You drive 60 miles ONE way. The dealership JACKS the price up $700. The dealership demands MORE money down. You go to your bank to get the down pay then the dealer REFUSES to lease you the vehicle. Your time was WASTED. You feel VIOLATED. You were INSULTED. The GM was UNAVAILABLE. Why does EVERY post about EVERY car dealer have these same words included?
