Cribs Creek Outfitters A guaranteed hunt for hogs. No Luck, wont make good on promises to refund. Ignores calls and emails Polkton, North Carolina
Paid more than $1,000 for night hunting - gauranteed hunt, June 6, 2011. Not one hog in site.
Attempted to try second hunt but was called just prior to heading to lodge and told hunt was cancelled due to tree down in yard. Attempted to hunted next evening but before night hunt began, rained and hunt cancelled.
Throughout the entire time from first agreement (6.6.2011 thru 9.1.2011) and full cash payment (required), well over 15 phone calls and emails sent with no response. After posting to CribsCreek Facebook page and request for refund there (and nicely), the next call was answered with promise to refund (again) but I was asked to call in 3-days to remind.
After additional attempts to 'remind' to make refund, again calls and emails ignored. Finally had to leave message that I would need to seek legal action if a return call was not made with prompt refund. No response.
This guy, Greg, is trying to build a business, taking your money and not living up to his committments. He has excuses and once he knows the number you call from, he will ignore your call. He will only return calls from a number I have never used and then promises and doesnt deliver.
