I completely understand your complaint. We've gotten this before. It's a good thing that you've asked the bank to halt anymore charges. Be assured that WE didn't steal your money, but it's someone else that has somehow gained access to your checking account. I hope we can resolve this matter quickly for you. As for your bank, they should provide some protection for you since they hold your account and you did not authorize the use of those checks. Please check with your bank and fax not only the statements in which they occured, but also copies of the cancelled checks to this fax number: (858)882-9290.
