Cricket phone no customer service consumer rip-off fraud Tucson Arizona
I ordered cricket phone to receive local service calls are always dropped, I never received my 50.00 dollar back rebate
there excuse was that I mailed the rebate late. all the calls sound muffled, customer service does not seem to care about your impending questions or problems you have with service

Living in the same city as you, I cannot agree with your complaint. I've never had any calls dropped and everyone I know has gotten their rebates back when they sent them in (all around Tucson). Calls are not muffled, low or anything, unless the volume is down too far, you're in a building with too much electrical equipment or your phones battery is dying, but this is a common occurance with most cell phones, not just Chrickets. You may be mistaken, misread or misunderstood the date your rebate was due. If you feel that you are correct then get a customer service rep and raise hell.

Calls are not muffled, low or anything, unless the volume is down too far, you're in a building with too much electrical equipment or your phones battery is dying, but this is a common occurance with most cell phones, not just Chrickets.
