Winston Salem,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

The reason why I say that is because of one major thing: you KNEW your due date was on the 18th. If you were NOT going to use the service for up to 2 weeks, you should have called Cricket and let them know so they could have suspended your service for you (which they could have done). As for tracking calls, they don't do so because the service is based on unlimited minutes. The reps at the call center can't even see the calls within the systems that they view your account with. Did Cricket rip you off? No. Did you rip yourself off? Yes. Just because you don't plan to use a service for a while doesn't mean that you simply don't pay your bill. Does your cable/satellite company allow you to not pay for their service without telling them why? I don't think so. No one person is assigned to make sure you're using your phone or not.
