When I got my service, they added all kinds of fees and charges for stuff that I never asked for. When I canceled on the 8th of the month, they refused to refund the charges for the last 3 weeks of the month.

I also have been ripped off by cricket and their crap phones! I have bought 2 within the last 6 months amounting (with the cost of phones and so called "fees") over $500.00. The first phone I got has a one year warranty still but they will not refund/or repair the phone. I have filed a report with the BBB and the next step is to file a claim with the Attorney General, then I will take this to small claims court if those don't work!!.. The problem is that too many people DON'T do anything about it. It is a pain in the butt to deal with their customer service and to file the complaints with the right people but it needs to be done!! Cricket needs to be STOPPED!!! They need to be held accountable for their actions, or lack of them!! People need to start holding them responsible!! Maybe a boycott, class action lawsuit, a petition, or picket their offices would get their attention. Maybe we all need to wrok together to get something done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
