Yes, actually Cricket phones DO have LIVE people that can help you when you call customer service. Just dial 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2738), or dial 611 SEND from your Cricket phone. The options for the automated system are located at the following website: http://www.mycricket.com/AutoVMInstructions_popup.aspx The easiest way to speak to someone is either Billing (option 2), then press the LAST option for a Customer Service representative, or Tech Support (option 3), then keep pressing 1 until you get to someone. If your calls are dropping every 5 minutes, it could be due to a number of things, which Cricket cannot necessarily be responsible for. Try getting to Technical Support to see what can be done about that issue. As for service outside of Cricket's local area, there IS such a thing available.
