this comapany is the worst. first of all if your phone gets shut off for any reason you cant get through to thier billing department unless you have someone elses cricket number and the last four digits of thier ss number. its totally rediculious they do offer payment locations through out pa but unless your phone is not disconnected then you cant pay your bill. i have fought tooth and nail with this company and its nothing but a rip off.
Plus i have sent my payment by mail numerous times only to be told they never recieved it the only way to take care of this situation is you yourself have to come there with the physical check so this is taking away from my time and wasting my gas i strongly suggest to anyone using this company to find a different one!

THANK YOU JOE FOR RESPONDING TO MY REPORT SINCE THE REPORT I HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH TO CRICKET I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO STRAIGHTEN ALL THE MISUNDERSTANDING OUT I HAD TO GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS AWESOME HE ACTUALLY DID TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN AND GOT IT ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT SO FAR SO GOOD I WAS HAPPY WITH CRICKET BEFORE EVERYTHING GOTTEN SO MESSED UP THIS GUY SAID THAT THIS WAS THE LONGEST HE EVER HAD TO PUT SOMEONE ON HOLD HE ALSO TOLD ME MY BILL WAS MESSED UP FROM THE GET GO BUT IF ALL WORKS OUT THEN IT SHOULD BE FIXED AND I AM HAPPY FOR THAT ALL IT TAKES IS SOMEONE WILLING TO LISTEN AND NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE JUST A NUMBER AND AGAIN THANK YOU FOR THAT INFO I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

when i wrote this i didnt have my facts all together so i do apoligize for that seems what happened was they had two different account numbers for my phone so it really wasnt crickets fault just a misunderstanding i do however still think they need to find a way for consumers to be able to talk to a billing dept because i had to call a cricket store to fix my problem not unless i had someone elses number like i said could i get through so i do still have a problem with that i look foreward to them correcting this so they can be a better service provider i think if they fixed this then i would be more happy with them
