then when you get a "live" operator on the phone tell them the problem. They did the same thing to me on my credit card. The charges were supposed to be 42.00 mo, but my card showed $50. every month. I removed them from the card and told them to bill me for each month, that solved the over charge problem. AND make sure that you keep the name of the person who deactivated your account.
