I am sorry that you are so upset but I must say that your understanding was for 30 minutes. If you weren't willing to agree to that, then you should have decided to not use the phone or had watched your minutes more carefully. I've been a Cricket customer for over two years and, to me, it seems you are angry because maybe you needed that $186 for something else and changed your mind on your Cricket phone. You cannot really say that Cricket service was horrible if you used it for 32 minutes. The first day you use your phone the service is adding you and tracking your signal, so it's going to be a little fuzzy in the beginning. Mine was for the first hour of usage, after that I've nothing but clear calls and great service. You must have acted pretty terrible to get kicked out of the Cricket store. You're on their property and they have that right. If you use the 1-800-Cricket there is an option to talk to a live CSR so that shows in your complaint that you obviously don't have a lot of patience or really didn't understand the concept of having a cell phone because I've a lot of friends, besides my own usage, that use Cricket and they have never had an issue with getting a live rep. and this is all from different cities in the U.S. If you're that butt~hurt about it, donate your phone and cut your losses or take them to court. I'll tell you now though, the agreement stands as it is and you'll be lucky if you win. Live and learn but don't act like a baby because you messed up. You knew the agreement and if you were worried about going over those minutes you should have watched your time better. I'm sorry but I speak the truth. Have a good day.
