Cross Country Bank ripoff. Huntington West Virginia
After my husband received this credit card, over a period of time I noticed an increase in required payment, even though the payments were made on time.
Next I noticed the balance increase, and because we were not making the payment increase they required the company attach late payments to the balance which also caused an increase in amount owed.
My husband called them, and we wrote them telling them about the problem, but we got nowhere. The phone calls started after we threaten to stop payment which we did, because we feel as though we paid all we owed, and we were not getting anywhere making the normal payments!
Now we are dealing with harassing phone calls! One man told my husband that he would go into our checking account and withdraw whatever amount they wanted to with or without my permission, and they will call everyday!
